It is my pleasure to introduce to you a business partner of mine, Gabrielle Marcus.  From her many years in the billboard business to her current career as a Manhattan real estate specialist, Gabrielle Marcus has always known how to find the best locations for her clients. “Whether it’s the right street corner for an eye-catching ad campaign or a multi-million-dollar luxury apartment, my clients’ goals and satisfaction, and the quality of their investment, are my absolute top priority.”

With her father working as a real estate developer during her childhood, Gabrielle got a taste of real estate early on – and she loved it! She worked for a developer in Miami before falling into a career as an entrepreneur, as one of the original founders of a major billboard company that became one the largest of its kind. Here she honed the outstanding service savvy, negotiating smarts and relationship skills that today serve her real estate clients well.

Searching for her own apartment to buy with her fiancé solidified Gabrielle’s natural passion and talent for real estate. She prides herself not only on her expert ability to fulfill her clients’ needs, but on her knowledge of Manhattan having literally explored every nook and cranny of the different neighborhoods on foot. “I’m often referred to as the A to Z resource of NYC because of my ‘built-in’ mental map. From finding the right apartment to choosing the hottest restaurant, coffee house or shop in town, I love being a wealth of information for clients on all things NYC.”

Raised between London and Miami, Gabrielle holds a BA degree from the University of Miami. She recently moved to the Upper East Side of Manhattan after living downtown in West Chelsea for 10 years. Gabrielle loves the quiet, European feel of her neighborhood, as she does having Central Park a block away. Yet she’s excited to have the balance of both worlds working downtown out of TOWN’s Soho office.

In true New York style, Gabrielle reads The New York Times and does the crossword puzzle every day. She is also a spinning, Bikram yoga and exercise addict, a cooking and travel enthusiast, and a volunteer for Selis Manor Home for the Blind.
